Return And Refund Policy

We at HIGHLIFE FASHIONN work hard to provide our customers with the latest fashion with impeccable quality and amazing prices with hassle-free returns and exchanges of products. We offer 7 days of hassle-free returns & exchanges from the date of delivery.

NOTE: For any kind of return and exchange, with any kind of defective, damaged, or wrong product, kindly inform us within 24hrs after delivery of the product.

Need To Return – Few Points To Remember 

• No Return and Refund on lingerie and cosmetic items.
• For any Refund And Exchanges, Kindly inform us within 24 hrs of delivery.
• All Orders Wherein FREE products are included or bought in the sale are not eligible for Refund And Exchange
• Returns/exchange requests need to be within 24hrs of delivery of the product. And Rest 6 Days are for exchange, return, and pickup processes.
• Please fill out the returns form for easy processing of refunds & exchanges.
• Pick-up will be attempted once. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment. You will have to send the shipment back to the company address.
• Please return your product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped with original packaging and tags in place. If the products are returned in poor condition, without tags, or have clearly been worn, a refund would not be provided. 
• Shipping Charges are Non-Refundable
• In case you receive a damaged/defective, the company should be notified within 24 hours of receipt. We might request you to share a snap shot at care@highlifefashionn.com
• If you choose to self-ship the products, they should be dispatched within 48 hours after the return request is raised.
• Once a product is exchanged and delivered, no further actions such as exchange or refund would be applicable to that order.
• Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above-mentioned conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
• Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, please use a reliable courier service.
• In case of orders where reverse pick-up may not apply, customers can self-ship the items to HIGHLIFE FASHIONN. In this case, an amount of Rs.100 will be reimbursed in the customer’s account towards shipping costs in the form of a coupon code. This will be done post the quality check of all the received items.

Non-Returnable Categories–

Following product, categories fall under “No Return/Exchange” unless there is an inherent damage/quality issue at the time of delivery due to a miss from our quality team.

Remark: Any items purchased during a Sale or in any kind of Offer and promotion, wherein free products are included, orders will not be eligible for any returns or exchanges.

How do you return? 

• Reverse pick-up from your shipping address: Our reverse pick-up facility is currently available only in select locations, which fall under the service network of our courier partners.
• Self-ship: In case your pin code is not serviced by our courier partner, you will have to self-ship the product(s) back to us, to reach our Returns Department. For all self-shipped returns, you will be reimbursed INR 100 towards your shipping costs as a voucher which can be used for future purchases on our website. The same is subject to your returns being inspected and quality checked on receipt in our warehouse.

If you have misplaced the return form, click here to print a new one. Mention the order details & complete shipping address on the packet.

REFUND

Refund options for you–

The customer can choose to get their refund in the following ways:

• Refunds for Prepaid orders would directly be initiated to the source account and for COD orders amount will be refunded in the provided bank account only.
• The coupon Code of the refund value in your HIGHLIFE FASHIONN account can be redeemed against any purchase. You may check the issued Coupon Code under the ‘Coupons section, by clicking on My Account at HIGHLIFE FASHIONN.
• Bank account details provided by the customer would be final and any error in the details provided by the customer would not be the responsibility of the brand.

TERM & CONDITIONS

This Return Policy applies to all items (with the exception of lingerie, sleepwear, swimwear, beachwear, accessories, beauty, socks, and free items) buy directly from HIGHLIFE FASHIONN. The policy is subject to change. Hence, please visit our website www.highlifefashionn.com for the latest policy.

SHIPPING POLICY 

• We at HIGHLIFE FASHIONN know how important it is to receive your purchased products in the finest condition and on time. So we use a large network of couriers to deliver your products to you as early as possible.
• Depending upon the location, the product is delivered to you in 3 to 7 working days after it has been dispatched from our warehouse.
• Free shipping is available on all products, subject to a minimum order value.
• The whole order amount including any delivery charges will be refunded if the order is canceled or lost in transit by us.

CANCELLATION POLICY

HIGHLIFE FASHIONN reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, as per the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in a reasonable time. Or You can cancel an order through the HIGHLIFE FASHIONN website until it has been forwarded to the courier team by our warehouse team. This includes items purchased on sale also. Any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made. Still, if you wish to cancel your order after the order is packed, reach out to our Customer Care team at care@highlifefashionn.com

For order payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking, you will receive the refund (including the shipping charges) into the source account within 7-10 business days from the time of order cancellation. If the payment was made by using Paytm, Phonepe, Mobikwik, or any other mobile wallet, you will receive the refund amount in your mobile wallet within 24-48 business hours. If you had placed the order using Cash on Delivery, there is no amount to be refunded at our end as you haven’t paid for the order yet.

CASH OF DELIVERY POLICY

 As per the Cash on Delivery policy:

• To avail of COD Service, all items in the cart should be applicable for Cash of Delivery.
• COD is applicable on all orders, only as per policy.
• Pin code provided for Cash on Delivery should be in the serviceable area. If not, any online payment mode needs to be used.
• You cannot open the box without making the payment at the time of delivery.
• If the product is open, do not accept the order.
• No credit/debit cards are accepted in Cash on Delivery.

CASHBACK, PROMO CODE, AND COUPONS 

• Cashback Promo Code may not be applicable for all the products on the website as per the scheme
• Special coupons should be redeemed within a limited period, and validity once expired, cannot be extended later.
• Two offers cannot be clubbed together using the Promo Code.
• HIGHLIFE FASHIONN reserves the right to cancel any promotional ‘Promo Code’ and the transactions in which they are used. (This is not applicable on Cash back Promo Codes)
• Cash back and Promo Code Coupon cannot be clubbed together to avail of an offer at HIGHLIFE FASHIONN. This means, that if Promo Code is used in an offer, Cashback cannot be generated.
• Cashback amount is subject to change at the sole discretion of HIGHLIFE FASHIONN.
